The 2025 Hurunui District Council election has now concluded, and while I was not successful this time, I want to sincerely thank everyone who supported me throughout the campaign. I am deeply grateful for every conversation, every bit of encouragement, and every vote of confidence I received.

It has been a privilege to get out across the South Ward, meeting residents, listening to concerns, and sharing ideas. This experience has strengthened my belief in the value of community engagement and the importance of ensuring residents' voices are heard.

I warmly congratulate those who have been elected to represent our community and wish them every success in the term ahead. I look forward to continuing to contribute to our district in other ways, and to remaining actively involved in the issues that matter most to us all.
